Tonight is the big night! I am taking a ride to Port Jefferson to craft with my friend Christina. We plan on making baby tutus and head peices for our baby girls on the way. I love making tutus! It's so simple and there are so many different variations to create. Above is a ruby red tutu I made for my esty shop Perfectly Pink Boutique. The trick is in the measurement size of the tulle.       All you need is :  Scissors,  Tulle/Elastic/Ribbon,  Glue

***Babies***
0-3 Months: (Waist Measurement) 12-15" (Skirt Length) 4"
3-6 Months: (Waist Measurement) 15-18" (Skirt Length) 4"
6-12 Months: (Waist Measurement) 18-19" (Skirt Length) 10"

12-18 Months: (Waist Measurement) 19-20" (Skirt Length) 12"


***Toddlers***
2-3 Toddler: (Waist Measurement) 20-21" (Skirt Length) 14"

4-5 Toddler: (Waist Measurement) 21.5-22" (Skirt Length) 15"

***Children***
6/7 Child: (Waist Measurement) 22.5-23" (Skirt Length) 16-18"
8/10 Child: (Waist Measurement) 23.5-24" (Skirt Length) 18-20"
